Fit for Tennis
Taught by Jose Campos, Betsy Gentry, and Garrett McCoy, fit for tennis is a cardio tennis workout that will help you improve your game and your fitness. Players from all levels are welcome. Heart pumping tennis drills are mixed in with sports performance training to give you challenging yet fun workout.
